Free next-day shipping within the GTA (appliance parts)

We strive to provide free shipping within certain portions of the GTA as we may determine and re-determine (without recourse), next day for all in-stock appliance parts where the order is placed by 12pm. Next day means 11:59pm of the following business day. As noted, portions of the GTA to which free shipping applies varies, depending on demand, availability, suitable travel conditions, and other factors within our sole discretion. For further certainty, we do not guarantee free next day shipping, including but not limited to when factors may occur outside of our control, such as inclement weather, road closures, mechanical problems, or otherwise impassable roadways.

Shipping (all other)

At present, we use various Canada Post parcel delivery services. In general, parcels are shipped and delivered within 1 - 3 business days; however, we cannot control and do not guarantee delivery for third parties such as Canada Post. We do not take any responsibility for lost or damaged parcels on the part of the delivery service; that is, our responsibility to delivery the package ends when the package is dropped of with the delivery provider, at which it the responsibility shifts to that service provider. By using our service, you agree with these terms and will not hold Complete Vision Management & Maintenance Solutions Inc. responsible for any lost or damaged items, where such loss or damage was not caused by Complete Vision Management & Maintenance Solutions Inc. In no case shall liability exceed the value of the item ordered, and at no point is Complete Vision Management & Maintenance Solutions Inc. responsible for incidental damage of any kind. 

Payment and Returns - Appliance Parts

In order to keep costs competitive, we do not presently accept credit card payment for appliance parts. Payment for appliance parts is due at the time of order, and may be made via Interac e-Transfer to payments@completevision.ca

Please note that all sales are final, and returns are not accepted.

Payment - Other Services

Complete Vision Management & Maintenance Solutions Inc. reserves the right to decide upon the means of payment for services and materials at its sole discretion. In some cases, pre-payment may be necessary (i.e. special order appliance parts, etc.)
